Force image upload for Wordpress listing submission

I have a website under development
The website allows users to post a listing with tittle, desc and image. Unfortunately when the user create a listing there is no default image . If the user did it add an image there will be no image.
I want to have the image to be mandatory to force users to upload at least one image
