Folders2022

Word Press somehow got embedded onto my site and and after I deleted Word Press now I can not access any FOLDERS. I can access FILES but not FOLDERS. My site is hosted by IONOS and I turned on all the permissions but that does not solve the problem. I need access to the FOLDERS because I have some order forms that need access to the cgi-bin. When I try to access a FOLDER I get the error message "403.14 Forbidden". Can someone get me access to my FOLDERS?
