Fixing blurry Woocommerce featured images

I am in need of a skilled freelancer who can help me fix the issue of my Woocommerce featured images appearing blurry. The current size of my imagesis 600x600 but I have tried larger and smaller sizes. I use optimization plugins to enhance the website's performance (Smush, Webp). The problem is that when I upload images in the right size for desktop (293x293), they appear perfectly on desktop but blurry on mobile (especially iPhone). When uploading at 600x600 they appear blurry everywhere.
I have tried the Woothumbs plugin and trying to resize thumbnails but apparently the problem is hard coded in the theme. I need a solution that works with my child theme to be safe from future updates.
