Fixing Wordpress site

We have a Wordpress website that's being having a problem. Sometimes the webpage shows the same page for every other page in the site. This is fixed by hard reloading the page.
The problem is sporadic, sometimes the website behaves as expected, other times this problem arises. The website was done using Elementor and is hosted on a VM running Ubuntu.
