Fix my wordpress/woocommerce e-shop

My wordpress site displays the following problematic behaviour:
1. Extremely slow operation in the administration dashboard panel, products creation and other admin functions
2. Slow uploading of the site when a few people try to browse silmutaneously
We need an expert to check through the site, its plugins, the logfiles, etc in order to identify the elements that cause the problems (e.g. possible plugin clashes) and proceed to rectifying them.
