Fix a wordpress plugin bug---------##

I have a wordpress plugin called ‘voicer’ this is a text to speech plugin. In the backend, when you enable the hover text and have it play the sound. now i am attaching a doc file whats the problems im facing , only bid if you can make it done right away
looking for a long term collaboration, because i need a full time developer to maintain my site
Note: Only bid if you can do this and dosent want to waste time , i already lost some money hiring some freelancers they just waste my money and TIME!!
