Fix some WooCommerce bugs and improve loading speed -- 2

I'm looking for someone to help fix a few WooCommerce bugs I'm having with the website, and to improve my loading speed in the process. The bug I'm dealing with specifically relates to functionality, and I have tried to fix it myself to some extent, but am still having difficulties. The estimated loading speed of the website is currently between 1 and 3 seconds, so I'm hoping to find someone who can get that time down further.
