Fix server error on ziparchive PHP Extensions

I moved wordpress website to new VPS server and WP export pro plugin is giving error
ZipArchive class is missing on your server.
I have installed and deleted and reinstalled ziparchive PHP Extension
but still getting error
Spoke to WP export support and they had this problem before but customer never explained how to fix it. But there was some additional modification required on the server
