Fix product images and set cron job on Wordpress WooCommerce

Two small tasks needed for Wordpress WooCommerce ecommerce website in Australia.
1. All images from supplier (called HL) are displaying too big. Can keep the theme's white background and have product images centred in the middle and vertically? See example attached. We just need to fix the way these product images from this supplier only. The image size is 400x400 but it's getting enlarged to fit the image box. The others are all fine.
2. Please set cron job - to update product quantity and price
