Fix our Wordpress website pageload speed and general website issues
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone who is an advanced web developer to fix the pageload speed of our website for us.
A.) The MAIN problem is the TTFB takes 36 seconds for our web pages to load.
1. Our GTMetrix results is B+ and consistent across all http protocol (with or without www).
2. Our website is subscribed to a firewall and caching service by Godaddy.
3. Our website is very professional, inspecting using google chrome would show our console and general website is free from any coding issues.
4. However, whenever we enable our Wordpress caching plugin, it would cause an issue in our backend where our firewall blocks the login to the backend-- also the caching plugin would cause a clash with our contact form and results to contact form entries not being submitted.
5. The web page optimizer that i previously hired from freelancer recommended that this is a webhost issue.
6. The webhost provider (hostgator) denies this is a webhost issue, and has instead pointed out that the problem is due to "CRITICAL REQUEST CHAINS" causing performance issues to the website.
7. I somehow concur with the webhost company, because we have another website hosted with hostgator and in the same server, and that other website is loading just fine.
B.) WHAT I HAVE ALREADY DONE (just so you wont have to go over it again in case you think this is the solution to the problem):
1. I have already updated all the plugins to the current version.
2. I have also updated website PHP version.
3. I have optimized our database through PHPmyAdmin and cleared server cache.
4. I have tried enabling the wordpress caching plugin (called WP Fastest Cache) but whenever i enable it, it causes an issue to the website's contact form wherein you cant submit the forms properly.
5. I have tried uninstalling the firewall (by Godaddy) but saw that the problem still persists.
C.) WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE:
1. I just want our website to load fast with or without caching.
2. I want the problem with the critical chain requests and TTFB to be fixed.
3. And to make sure all the pages are loading fine WITHOUT any console errors or issues.
4. I want to maintain, or maybe improve our GTmetrix results from B+ grade to A grade.
5. If you are to replace any plugin in our website, please make sure the process to change the plugin is done properly and in organized manner, i do not want any plugin to be causing any issues to our website and our website's performance.
BEFORE YOU BID TO THE PROJECT, please make sure that the problem is really solvable and something you are capable of fixing. Let us save each other's precious time. :)
