Fix our Wordpress/Gravity Forms/Bitly/Zapier Intergration Issue

We are a problem than can be fixed in minutes for the right person who understands my problem. Everything has been working fine without any issue for the last 2 years. It broke when we updated plugins and themes 2 days ago.
PROBLEM -
Files are uploaded from customers directly to our website via Gravity Forms. The files are stored on our server, but have a really long file name. We create a shortened link for them and then it is inputed into our Hubspot CRM.
We use a combination of ZAPIER & BITLY to shorten the long filename, and then put that information into Hubspot.
Somethign happened 2 days ago, and the files are no longer shortened. Rather they are displaying the full name of the destination on our server. We can only see long filenames.
We need this fixed.
In Bitly, I have a registered OATH application.
In Zapier, my connections tests OK!
In Gravity Forms, my Hubspot integration is working fine. All data is moving from Gravity forms to Hubspot without issue.
In Hubspot, Gravity Forms and Zapier intregrations are installed correctly.
