Fix menu header and add Elementor compatibility to Wordpress website

Our website (http://www.bayroberts.com) is using a custom built theme with very little customization ability. We want to be able to use Elementor to create custom page designs and build them into our existing website. Is this possible?

We also want to have our menu bar fixed (see image). This happens every time you click an option in it.
