Fix issues on website & remove virus on Wordpress Site

I'm looking for someone to fix the following issues on our website.
- Fix Instagram plugin to show correctly
- Fix Review plugin to rotate reviews
- Remove Virus and beef up website security
- Remove any plugins that we're not using and clean up the backend
We recently got an e-mail from Google telling us our site has a virus and we need to fix it before we can promote again. I have a few plugins that have been acting up and want them fixed.
