Fix issues and update 2 WordPress Websites

How are you doing?
I have 2 WP websites that I made a while ago for my wife's business but since I haven't spent any time on maintenance the last 3 years, they both broke down in some way and need them fixed again.
I of them has got an error500 and the CMS is broken, the other one doesn't do anything at all.
Also, I am receiving some spam emails from them daily because maybe they are hacked by someone and being misused.
What I need is someone who can fix these issues and do a bit of maintenance so they are back in 2023 with patches, sec updates, etc, and when it's all good make a full offline backup from them so I will be always able to restore it back if needed.
