Fix "wp-form" custom options display

I have a plugin (WP-form) on wordpress.
I created a custom list of options to display on that form (conditional list)
And now Im trying to create conditional feature to display a field based on that conditional list. But it doesnt work properly. Conditional rules are not dinamically displayed I think its because first custom conditional list is displayed with jquery.
