Fix a faulty wordpress project management (chat, video call, file share) website

I have a WordPress website which is supposed to have dropbox api, YouTube api, Instagram posts (now gone) and a page to login for costumers to meet me, share files, video call, or chat and discuss inside. Also must create a YouTube thumbnail on the chatbox after uploading a video. it doesn't work and needs fixing..
