Fix existing Wordpress & Wocommerce website

Hi , I have an website built and hosted by Wordpress , this website is almost complete and contains of portfolio , blog and store to offer some digital products.
All I want to fix is the following :
1- Protect digital products saved in media library from direct access using its URL ( means the ability to select specific files from library include those linked to a product and prevent access to them by link )
2- Set this rule : if user purchase a free product = 0$ he will get download link automatically by email
3-Set this rule : if user purchased a product he will get the download link after payment is received , this shall be occurs fast and automatically
4- Make sure ever order is registered and user email is synced directly to existing Mailchimp account
