Fix database problem

I have a .db file of the database that I need to import to overwrite another databases content So for example the data in the xyz.db file needs to be imported to overwrite the data in sql database 123_vfr which is on a live server running WordPress.
The problem was created during a migration where the database had not been fully connected to the new database after migrating the whole site to another server. So, we need a database worker and wordpress expert to fix it up. Files will be provided to the winning freelancer.
