Fix custom buttons that redirect to old WordPress website

Good morning,
I had a plugin customised to include buttons that aren't usually displayed.
When I rebranded the website the only thing that seems to have gone wrong during the migration is these buttons.
They still point to the old domain and I'm struggling to figure out for the life of me how to fix it.
All automatic bids will be deleted, no exceptions. Please visit the Serve Talent website before bidding and follow the next steps to tell me what happens in your bid:
• Click Browse Our Candidates in the top nav under the Employers tab > Recruitment
• Click on the blue buttons displayed to the right hand side of any listing
