Fix a bug on a WordPress / Elementor website

Hi there,
I've designed and built a Elementor website. It was working fine but now there are a couple of issues:
1. When editing some page in Elementor I get "Server Error (500 error)" when I try and save it.
2. When trying to edit some pages in Wordpress Editor I get "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions" and I'm unable to edit it.
Really need some help trying to untangle what might be wrong so it doesn't happen again.

If I duplicate the page it then works but this isn't a solution as it keeps happening with other pages.
