Fix Wordpress website bugs + minor website changes

I’m needing someone who can fix my Wordpress website. I have many bugs and spam/malware currently downing my site. I need recommendations based on your expertise in this area so it doesn’t happen again. This needs to be done in a timely manner.

Improve map
Improve mobile site layout (iPad specifically)
Redesign homepage pop up (more elegant look)
