Fix Wordpress error - This page isn’t working - redirected you too many times

My website is down because I updated the domain in my Wordpress wp-admin. When I go to the new domain I get the error “ This page isn’t working - redirected you too many times”. I’m using a google cloud vps. I can no longer access the wordpress including wp-admin. I need someone who knows how to fix my issue and get my website back up.
