Fix my Wordpress Site

I have a simple blog running on Wordpress. Something recently auto updated, and my sidebar and footer have disappeared.
I'd like someone to:
- Turn this feature/setting back on
- Hopefully restore the existing sidebar and footer
- Review all plugins and remove anything that's no longer needed
