Fix Wordpress Rest API error

Our website has an error when trying to view the API endpoints usually found at /wp-json/. There is no warning when enabling error reporting but just 1 notice which relates to advanced-cache.php. The error is halting us from authenticating users from our mobile app where it receives and sends data back and forth.
