Fix my Wordpress Dashboard

Recently, someone fixed a problem with my website where the japanese characters appear. But now, when I try to log in to my wp-admin page, everything is in HTML, and none of the links even work. I can't create pages, I can't add plugins, nothing. Everything shows Error 404. I need someone to help me fix this. The website works normal, but when it comes to editing, I can do absolutely nothing.
