Fix WordPress White Screen

Job ID: 40270876

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

My WordPress site on a GoDaddy shared host worked perfectly on Friday, but by Sunday morning every visitor—myself included—gets nothing except a plain white page. No error text appears and I can’t even reach the WP-admin dashboard to investigate.

I already opened a ticket with GoDaddy; they confirmed the files are still there but offered no immediate fix. One possible trigger is that extra photos were uploaded over the weekend, so storage limits or exhausted PHP memory could be involved. Whatever the root cause, I just need the site visible again and my admin access restored.

Here’s what I’m expecting from you:

• Diagnose the source of the white-screen (theme or plugin conflict, corrupted core file, memory limit, or disk space).
• Bring the front-end back online so visitors see the homepage instead of a blank page.
• Re-enable my ability to log into the WordPress dashboard.
• Summarize exactly what you changed, with any recommendations to prevent this happening again (e.g., image optimization, off-loading media, automatic backups).

You’ll get cPanel, FTP, and GoDaddy account credentials as soon as we start. A quick turnaround is important because this is our public-facing site.
