Fix WordPress Site 500 Error

My WordPress site in a subdirectory isn't loading and shows a 500 Internal Server Error. I'm seeking an experienced developer to resolve this issue.
It was transferred to the subdirectory from root directory using WP Toolkit/cPanel. After deleting the files from root directory to upload new HTML based site, the WP site on subdirectory stopped working.
