Fix WordPress Admin Access

Key Details:
- The site is not down and there are no error messages. However, the inability to access the dashboard is preventing necessary maintenance and oversight.
- I have not attempted any troubleshooting steps yet.
Error on wp-admin page is "You are not allowed to log in".
I do have access to both my website's hosting via SSH.
