Fix a Woocommerce wrong total product and cart calculation

We use a woocommerce plugin to calculate pricing based on some variables, like time, day, discounts, etc.
The plugin works well in the Product Page, but after adding it to the Cart the price is not the same as it was in the Product Page, so we need to fix this, so the price is the same as in the Product Page (after calculations).
I need someone to do it ASAP and with option to work in the long run.
