Fix Woocommerce issue

We have a: 1. WooCommerce store that is not quite done. (shipping label printing issue) We have not gone live with the site but have done test orders only through sandbox. We only have 7 products we sell. 2. Hosted through Bluehost 3. We are a multi-decade customer of UPS for shipping 4. The WooCommerce site is mostly completed but we are having problems with UPS label printing. 5. We want to automatically print the UPS label as each order comes in at our shipping location. 6 We want the SKU to be printed on the label to help fulfill the order 7. We have the 'PluginHive WooCommerce UPS Shipping Plugin with Print Label' which allows for both automatic UPS label printing and having the SKU on the UPS label. No label is automatically printed when we complete a test order through the sandbox. The label printer does print a UPS label with manual label printing process. 8. We are a very old company that needs a simple online order process for non-techie long time customers. We only need a very simple purchase process. 9. We can provide you with administrative access to work on the site. 10. We would like: 1. Fix the UPS label printing so we can go live with the webstore. We think this is very close but we can't figure it out. (We use the UPS thermal 2844 thermal label printer from UPS). We want Automatic UPS label printing when the order is placed and SKU on the shipping label per 'PluginHive WooCommerce UPS Shipping Plugin with Print Label' The UPS thermal 2844 thermal label printer does print a UPS label with manual label printing process.
