Fix Woocommerce Search Results Formatting

I require a specialist with comprehensive experience in Woocommerce to revamp the layout of the search results page on my website.
The main issues include:
- Poor formatting: Specifically, there's a large white gap that suddenly appears at the top of the page each time a search is conducted. This pushes the content downwards, and throws off the layout.
- Unnecessary navigation menu changes: Whenever a search is performed, the navigation menu inexplicably expands to include a slew of pages that bare no relevance to the search or the content on the site.
