Fix WooCommerce Shop Page Issue

My WooCommerce shop page is currently misconfigured. It no longer shows product categories (Sunglasses, Optical Frames, Offers) and instead displays all products. Selecting a category should take you to its subcategories, but this functionality has stopped working.
