Fix WooCommerce Checkout on AndrewScottMusic.com

On my website Andrewscottmusic.com, I sell digital products and saxophones.
Recently I have made some adjustments to the WooCommerce Checkout that are unsatisfactory.
What you need to fix are the following issues:
1. Shopping Cart does not calculate shipping for international customers who order a physical product.…

2. I want the payment gateway changed from Stripe to Eway. The previous developer said that there are bugs with the Eway plugin. If there are, you have to contact Eway and find the fix.
3. When a customer orders a digital item ONLY, remove the prompt that offers “ Ship to a different address?”
