Fix Minor Issues in Wordpress Website

I recently had some plugins upgraded so my pages seems to be jinxed or not working properly. Below are the things that i need to work. Kindly note, unless and until ALL of the below are not accomplished and completed payment will not be done.
1. Website needs to be fast on gtmetrix with A+ Score on mobile and desktop
2. All of sudden after upgrading the plugins 2 pages are not being loaded ( Courses and contact us page). It was all working fine perfectly until last week. Contact us form does not work well all of sudden.
3. Improve the vulnerabilities and make my website secure. Must be protected to any malware attacks. Security plugins and settings must be done so that in future my website is safe and there are not malware or virus in my website.
Note: After you have done, we will test the website for 1 week. And after testing, if any issues arises, it must be solved. Payment will be released only after verifying and testing if all of the above points are completed.
