Fix Issue with plugin on WordPress

Hello Freelancers,
I have a WordPress website and have added the following theme from Themeforest here - https://bit.ly/3Z3IwVD to the site but when I have added the theme the plugin installed named - ThemeREX Utilities is causing issues and showing error message when added to the site.
This plugin is important to use as when added it will add utilities for files, directories, post type and taxonomies manipulations for the website.
I need this fixed by today as without it the page displays the following error messages in the screenshot attached. If you are experienced in fixing issues like this please quote the reference "FixPlugin" at the top of your proposal and answer the following messages:
1. How long will this take you to complete?
2. What do you need to complete the project?
