Fix Express Js Block chain code to allow transfer to external wallet

i only have small budget for this.
I have a crypto marketplace built on wordpress that uses express js to host wallet. everything is already coded frontend, a.i wrote code but we cant figure out why transfer to internal and external wallet isnt completing.
just need someone to fix the few lines of code for transfer. everything else is working. im including the controller.js and the route.js and btc service.js
