Fix Centos Server Issues

I am in need of a freelancer who can fix Centos server issues I am experiencing with my Centos server. No Cpanel access, must use console commands.

Specific issues:
- unable to access cpanel and Centos server directly / possible hack and destroy of Cpanel
- can access vultr server and console, freelancer must be able to use command to manage server from there
- most of the websites on the server are down with error establishing a database connection

I have attempted troubleshooting and fixes for these issues, but without success.

There are certain constraints that need to be considered in the troubleshooting process and solution such as no access to Cpanel.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong expertise in Centos server administration
- Knowledge of server command, Centos Server Command and Admin
- must have experience with Wordpress hosting on Centos and how to troubleshoot, remove malware,
- Experience in resolving Centos Hosting Server issues
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Centos Hosting Server, Remove Malware, server software installation problems
