Fix Alidropship Chrome Extension Problem

Need an expert in working with Alidropship Chrome Extension. I have an Alidropship store, and have installed the Alidropship Chrome Extension, authorized it with the wordpress website, but am unable to download products from AliExpress (it shows 0/0 on the products to import bar). I have tried all of the recommended fixes, i.e., reinstalling the extension, reauthorizing the extension, clearing the cache, etc.
Have you ever run into this problem before? If you have and can fix it, I want to hire you. I can pay $75 for the fix and if you can do it fast (like a few hours) I’ll pay you a bonus.
