Firebase push notifications via API

Hi, I'm looking to set up automatic Firebase push notifications for my news app stored on Firebase.

I want the notification to show the news article headline and a link to open the post in my app, similar to how the other popular news apps work.

I would like the notification to be triggered when a new post is made in a certain category on my website.

Please let me know your availability and experience with Firebase push notifications.
