Finish installing and translating woocommerce shop

looking for a good woocommerce WordPress developer to finish building an online shop.
including wpml translation, full RTL support, adding tracking page. placing language selector at the top of the page, and few small tasks.

At the end We want a functional website working in three languages, website is using Astra pro and spectra, wpml installed and licensed.
