Finish my Wordpress website

Hello,
My name is Noelle. I am self-employed and have started building my website with the help of a friend who is a website developer; however, her workload is a bit too much for the moment, so I'm looking for someone to help me finish my site. My business is in personalised language classes, translations, interpretation and consulting on international communication and strategy. The website layout and design is mostly finished, but I really need to finish the testimonials and contact pages, as well as add in some extra final touches that I think must be done with css or java script (I'm not an expert) to make my site look professional. Then, I need to have it adapted to mobile and migrated to the host I purchased! :)
Here is a quick list of what I need:
-Coherency→ I feel like the site isn’t completely coherent with my brand. Some of it seems a little too “fun” or centered towards kids (i.e. the About Me and About Franglish blocks on home page; the services slideshows, etc.)
--Brand: sleek and fresh, while still amicable, creative
--I want to provoke a sense of open communication with clients.
--Dynamic collaborations!--> an “innovative”, interactive platform (I think this is represented well by the moving icons on the home page. I want to keep that aesthetic.)
--Spruce up header images used so they all go together and correspond to the page and overall brand
-Adapt to mobile→ VERY IMPORTANT
-Some brand advice: Should I change the name to Franglish: Consulting, Teaching, Translating, to make the consulting part stand out?
-Copy the site for pages translated in French
-Finish Testimonials and Contact pages
-Put a small contact bubble on all pages instead of a block at the bottom (I'll explain this)
-Embed Meetfox booking links (pop-ups)
-Embed TEFL badge
-Migrate website and compress, make sure no bugs and high speed
-SEO text pasted for Google search engine to find
As I said, the bulk of the site is finished, but I need some final touches and maybe a bit of advice! I work in marketing and communications, but it's always good to get opinions when it comes to branding.
