Figma to WordPress WooCommerce Implementation

I'm looking for a professional who can implement my Figma design into WordPress WooCommerce exactly as it is. The project has a budget of $100 - $150 and a timeline of 3 days.
Details:
- I've started implementing the first homepage, but you can start from scratch if you prefer.
- Once we agree, I will share the WP admin and Cpanel access for you to start immediately.
- The design needs to be implemented exactly as it is in Figma.
Ideal skills for this job include:
