Facebook for WooCommerce issue

I can't connect the wordpress plugin "Facebook for WooCommerce" to the facebook page because the store needs to be located in a country or region where the Facebook Shop feature is available.
The thing is that the previous dev find a way to do it. So can you help to find a solution to connect again.
