Extract Data From PDFs and Upload On WP

I'm looking for someone to help me extract data from PDFs and upload them to my WordPress website. I have the PDFs at hand, so there won't be any need to create or download them. I do need the data formatted, and I only need the data - no captions needed. This project requires a careful eye with attention to detail as accuracy is a key concern.
