Extra Help with Complicated WordPress + Woo Commerce Website

Looking for some extra help on a large project. CSS, HTML, WP.
Looking for someone over experienced to handle the simple stuff with ease, but also help with some of the more complicated things, if needed.
Most important qualification is communication. We have mixed results from FL with this. For this job, communication is by far the most important item. Although we are looking for someone with lots of experience, if you are tough to reach, take a while to respond, etc., this job isn't for you so please don't reply-there are plenty of jobs that are task oriented and don't require much back and forth-this is not it.
This job is probably about 10-20 hours/week, or maybe 3-4 hours a day, but will vary. Probably more intense in the beginning, then it will steady out. If things work out, it will be likely indefinite and ongoing...
