Extending a WooCommcerce website with multi-vendor capability
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
Hi, my client has an existing eCommerce website set up using WooCommerce. It is a very barebone website with no content yet. They wanted to add the following features to the website:
- Multi-vendor plug-in so vendors can have their own login and post their own listings and blogs. But site admin needs to have the right to approve vendor registration, vendor listing, and vendor blogs.
- Need to be able to set different tier and amount of commission deduction (eg. customer pays to the website, website takes a portion as commission, and send the vendor the rest).
- Need e-mail and SMS notifications or even phone calls to vendors to advise them of the order being placed on our website.
- Need to have order tracking system for vendor's products (eg. customer buys product from website, and the system prompts order status based on the Vendor's reply or confirmation of accepting the order such as food delivery.). Customers preferably would see updates on order status too.
- Release fund only after the vendor confirms to have completed the order.
- Need to have point and reward loyalty system for customers.
It is okay to use plug-ins, we are also okay to pay subscriptions, but free plug-in or no subscription is a prime factor when it comes to installing the plug-in. Just need to give us a quote for those plugs aside from your service fee.
