Expert Wordpress DEVELOPER needed to fix homepage timeout issue

I have a properties wordpress site, with about 160,000 properties .. the database has over 8,000,000 records more than 7,000,000 are in postmeta table only.. the site runs on a superb server with 64 GBs RAM and NVME storage with plesk panel.. the site's homepage times out after I enter all the data in the database while other pages like wp-admin panel and pages like search and property display page become very slow!
I know it's a theme development or queries issue, cos running a query in phpMyadmin joining multiple tables returns 31+ Million records in less than 10 secs!
also I'm sure it's a theme queries or development issue cos I converted all the tables from Innodb to ISAM, I also repaired all tables but didn't work! also bought and installed wprocket that's supposed to make the site rocket fast and cache all the pages as static pages but still the same!
