Expert Web Designer for Conversion-Focused Real Estate Site
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Real Estate Website (WordPress + Elementor) — Experienced Real Estate Designer Only
Project type: 4–5 page conversion-focused website
Platform: WordPress + Elementor (Pro preferred)
Industry: Real Estate (motivated seller acquisition / wholesale)
Domain: Already purchased (I’ll provide)
Hosting: Recommend + set up (or I’ll purchase what you suggest.
About the project
I need a conversion-optimized WordPress site for my soul-led real estate brand. This site is primarily for motivated homeowners to submit property details, answer follow-up questions, and book a call. I also want an about page and the basic general contact details. But everything must be precise to my standards.
You must have verifiable experience building real estate websites (wholesale/“sell your house fast” style preferred). If you don’t have real estate examples, please do not apply.
Required pages
1. Home – Clear value proposition, social proof space, strong CTAs to “Get an Offer” + “Book a Call.”
2. Sell Your House (Landing Page) –
• Short lead form (Name, Phone, Email, Property Address).
• After submission: Automatically displays an Expanded Seller Questionnaire pop-up (long form) to collect more property details for sellers who want to share more right away.
• After questionnaire: show self-scheduling link (Calendly or similar) so sellers can book a call.
• Mobile-first, fast-loading, and no “wholesale” wording on-page.
3. About – Brand story and trust signals (badges, testimonials space).
4. Contact – Simple form + business info.
5. FAQ – Seller objections, timelines, and process.
Key functionality
• WordPress + Elementor build
• Short lead form → triggers expanded seller questionnaire pop-up → then shows scheduling link.
• Calendly (or similar) embed for self-scheduling.
• Downloadable Seller Photo Checklist (PDF) available for sellers to prepare property photos.
• Thank-You page for conversion tracking.
• Lead routing: instant email notifications to me + (Google Sheet logging via plugin or no-code automation optional but recommends).
• Meta Pixel + Google Analytics 4 installed; Google Tag Manager for events (form submit, questionnaire completion, scheduling). This can be done later during the project.
• Speed & mobile optimization (compressed images, caching, clean layout).
• Basic SEO (title/meta, H1 structure, alt text, clean slugs).
• Security & backup setup (SSL, basic hardening, backup plugin).
• Handoff: Admin access, plugin list, and short Loom explaining edits.
Design direction
• Clean, modern, trustworthy, “luxury but simple.”
• Clear CTAs, minimal friction.
• Accessible typography, strong spacing, no clutter.
• I’ll share brand name, logo, and colors for design alignment.
Deliverables
• Fully built WordPress site on my hosting (hosting is set up and ready), using Elementor.
• 4–6 pages as outlined above.
• Connected domain + SSL active.
• GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel installed and firing.
• Email notifications + Google Sheet lead log tested.
• Expanded seller questionnaire integrated to show after lead form submission.
• Downloadable PDF seller checklist implemented.
• Basic SEO and page speed optimizations in place.
• Final review + revisions (1–2 rounds).
• Handoff: admin logins, backups, and a brief Loom walkthrough.
What I’ll provide
• Domain access (DNS).
• Logo/brand colors (and any copy I already have).
• Calendly placeholder link.
• Business email for lead notifications.
• Seller Photo Checklist PDF file.
Must-have qualifications
• Real estate web design experience is REQUIRED. Wholesale/seller-lead funnels are a strong plus.
• Portfolio with at least 2 live real estate sites (include your role and what you delivered).
• Fluent with Elementor and modern conversion best practices.
• Familiar with GA4/GTM/Meta Pixel basics.
• Strong communication and reliable timelines.
How to apply
Please include:
1. Links to 2–3 real estate websites you built (what you did on each).
2. A brief note on how you’d structure the Sell Your House landing for conversions.
3. Your fixed price for the 4–5 page build + timeline (target 7–10 days).
4. Your hourly/retainer if I want ongoing updates after launch.
5. The phrase “Standard Ready” so I know you read the scope.
