Error 524 A timeout occurred Wordpress

In recent months my page has had a drastic increase in visits and I have had to change from a shared server to a VPS Cloud 3. (https://www.fastcomet.com/vps-pricing) here the data and resources of the VPS.
I'm also using Cloudflare Free, and I started getting error 524 from cloudflare, I contacted the host and they did the server-side modifications, but Cloudflare limits me to regularly run HTTP requests that take over 100 seconds.
Every time I try to approve multiple comments at the same time I get this error 524. I have read a solution on Cloudflare (https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003011431-Troubleshooting-Cloudflare-5XX-errors# 524error) here you can see it. But I do not know how to do it.
