Enhanced Video Saving for WP Plugin

This need is specific to a custom WordPress plugin that I use to record and save videos. I require a developer who can fine-tune the video saving functionality. In particular, I want to empower users with the ability to record and save as many videos as many times they want, there are only three videos that are recorded.
